In 2024 we are actively working on bringing the Computable Binding Authority Agreement (CBAA) to life. Our efforts this year focus on:

Finalising the drafting, design and modularisation of the CBAA to create a new model wording that can be used interchangeably between and across markets, classes and territories.

Designing and building a digital wordings library to store the CBAA wording objects.

Engaging with DA stakeholders from managing agents, coverholders, and brokers through deep dive sessions and a market wide consultation to ensure smooth adoption and implementation of the new model wordings and associated systems.
